Our tile does not promote bioorganic growth or absorb dirt and it cleans easily using ph balanced soap and water or mild tile cleaners. Water features, such as pools, spas and fountains present another aspect of maintaining our products. In these applications we've found that lighter tile helps mask poor maintenance. In other words, the darker the tile the more one needs to maintain a consistent water quality ph balance between 7.2 - 7.4 as well as scrub the tile with a stiff nylon brush, as needed, to reduce scaling and calcium deposits which are a direct result of poor maintenance.
